Data protection and privacy
The Society holds membership information on a secure encrypted database. This information is mainly used by the Society to send out newsletters to members or to trace and link up any members planning year group reunions.
The Society shares some of this information with the school for the purposes of general mailing to former pupils. Please contact the school if you prefer not to be included in their mailing.
We will not share your information with any third party. We will only publish your email address in our newsletter, unless you request that we also include your full address.
If a member is organising a reunion, we will supply her with contact details of classmates upon request.
Any non-member trying to trace old friends can write to them c/o the Society and we will forward the letter.
